Interview Process – Technical / SME
Our screening process includes technical and HR interviews which engage the candidate’s coding, logical reasoning, aptitude, analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
The technical interview primarily assesses a candidate’s technical knowledge, background, and skillset. Zenithtech may conduct up to four rounds of technical interviews focusing on skills such as:
- Coding skills
- Testing skills
- Analytical skills
- Logical reasoning
- Creative thinking
- Problem-solving skills
Interview Process – Management Consulting
Our screening process includes an experience interview, case interview, and problem-solving test to discover skills that will enable you to thrive at Zenithtech, and more importantly, contribute to the success of our clients and customers.
Up to four rounds of interviews may be conducted, including at least one one-on-one session with the CEO.
